EnerGov is used to manage permits, plans and code cases for Fullerton.

Staff must have a user name and password to use the Train or Prod systems. 

• TRAINING - To access the Training environment to practice skills, open Internet Explorer and go to: https://energov.cityoffullerton.com/EnerGov_Train/Energovshell
• PRODUCTION - To access the Production/Live environment, open Internet Explorer and go to: https://energov.cityoffullerton.com/EnerGov_Prod/energov/
• CSS - To access the Customer Service Site (CSS) , available to all staff and the public for research and browsing permits, planning and code cases, go to EasyDev (the public can reach Easy Dev from the same link or can find a clickable link on the City's internet page by typing "EasyDev" in the search box.)
