You'll still need to dial a "9" to get an outside line, just like you do now. Internal numbers are still four digits.
To access and set up your voice mail, press the voice mail icon on the phone. The system will ask for your ID number, which is your extension. It will then ask for the default security code: "123321". The system will walk you through voice mail set up, including entering a new personalized security code (PIN). To access your voice mail from outside the system, you will dial the same number you do now, 714 738-3180.
