Legistar Account

If you are only viewing content, a Legistar account will not be needed. 

Before requesting a Legistar account, please determine if you will be tasked for the following:

1. Contact your department head and manager to determine your workflow for this app

2. Please indicate if you will be only viewing content.

3. Please indicate if you will you be creating, reviewing, or approving in the app?

4. If you will you be creating, reviewing, and/or approving in the app, please complete a software Technology Access Form requesting Legistar. Please be sure to include your workflow in the request.

5. Upon approval, IT will create your Legistar account and install the Legistar client app on your workstation. IT will contact you for authentication credentials.

6. Once you successfully login, please contact City Clerk Lucinda Williams for workflow setup.

7. Confirm user login and workflow.
